Help

My Avic D3 is going crazy, it seems to know where I am but the display is wacked out. It will say like 405N but Im heading south....anyone else having these strange issues?

maybe there's a latency in picking up the satellite? I don't have the avic d3, but my nav does that as well sometimes.. it takes a moment for the arrow to point correctly.

In the settings there is a place to look at the hardware and then connections this will show you your speed pulse and signal strength for sats. I have seen mine do a couple of strange things like put me on the wrong side of the road or default back to NY when it complete lost connection. I think I had a loose antenna cable. Also you can do a modify location to get you on the right side of the road if it is off my just a little bit.

is it bypassed?? if so try resseting back to factory settings the the NAVI menu

yea I had the installer do a bypass, I will look into all the advice thanks guys. If anyone knows anything else please post. TIA.
