Elemental Subs - $13.50 deal going on

Another deal for inexpensive subs. This time 12s.

$43 bucks a pair shipped isn't too shabby to give 'em a try. Like I posted in a different thread, don't work for 'em nor sponsored, just trying to pass on a great deal for those looking for sub solutions.

13 bucks for a sub? When you try them out let me know! My buddy wants to add a 12" to his 350Z, I might have to show him these if they are decent! I too spent some money for quality and got my Alpine Type X 12".

Let us know TX!

Just giving a budgetary option especially for those DIY'ers who are aware or have used these drivers before. Put in the right enclosure with the ample power, I think one could be quite happy, also read the reviews by folks who took a chance.

Re: Elemental Subs - $13.50 deal going on

Actually, some "cheap" audio equipment like this will out perform your more expensive name brand equipment some of the time but the key is knowing what you are looking for as in the parameters of the sub and how they need to be matched up to their ideal enclosure. All those numbers below the sub such as qes, vas, spl all relate to how the sub will react in different enclosures. It is a very very complicated science, one to which I have only scratched the surface but for $13 you pretty much cant lose because I would rather have a $13 sub blow out than a $200 sub, but thats just my
$.02.

How true! A long time ago, when I couldn't afford jack $hit, I bought a pair of cheap-o Jensen subs for like $25.00 and when I installed it in a Q-logic box and powered it with a 3 way Jensen amp, it sounded great! Damn thing lasted for more than 3 years. I actually sold the setup to some kid years later for $200. Talk about getting your money's worth!
