Infinity Amp Under Seat

Forgive me if this has been covered before, I've done some searching but couldn't come up with a definitive answer. I was curious if anyone has had any luck installing an Infinity Amplifier under their seat, particularly this one:

Infinity Reference 5350a 5-channel car amplifier 50 watts RMS x 4 + 150 watts RMS x 1 at Crutchfield.com

It is 2 11/16" tall and by my measurements anything over 2.5" tall would be pushing it. I am planning on driving a set of 6.5" component Kappas in the front door/dash, a 6.5" coax Kappa set in the rear, and a 10" sub in the back with it (probably Kappa as well). I was hoping to do it all off of this amp as I can get a pretty good deal on it, but was worrying about the clearance.

I'm using a Zapco under the driver's seat and a Helix under the passenger's seat. There is a little more room under the driver's seat. I would not go with anything taller than 2 inches.
