Re: location of c.b.

I mounted mine on the center console on the passenger side. It's not in the way and it's easy to access.
Check out WalcottCB.com. Type Big Bill in the search box. Once it opens click on it and you will find a great install. I purchased all the stuff except the CB as I had my own too. It all mounts up very easy and I highly recommend the Bandi mount. Sweet stuff....hope this helps.

Re: location of c.b.

Mounted My big ol' Uniden PC78 to the passenger glove box, without preventing the passenger seat to slide all the way forward to get to the back seats easily.

Here's a post that I stumbled on when I was trying to figure out the same thing:

CB Radio Mounting Location

Re: location of c.b.

I did the same as Steve did above. Works well. I have been kicking around the idea of mounting it on the ceiling just aft of the aftermarket dome/map light I mounted up front. Weight has me nervous though...

Re: location of c.b.

I have one of those real small midland cb radios, and i mounted mine inside the little box ou have it mounted to, just drilled a hole big enough in the bottom of it to run up power wires and pl259 connector to radio this works well for me, because i have rear seat passengers very often..
