Terk XM for $99.00 After Rebate

I'm not sure if this has been posted before, but, I've scoured the dub-dub-dub for a cheap solution on a factory install for XM on my FJammer unit. Low-and-behold, I found this steal this morning:

Not only that, but if you call XM, they're offering 1 year of service for $77 rather than the $12.95 a month.

I took the 2-day shipping option so we'll see if it's the right stuff and hopefully a smooth install.

Should work great for you. I've had mine for almost two years in the FJC and really miss it in the FJ40. Wish I could get one for it,... but then again, I probably couldn't hear it if I did have one. Simple 10 minute install and it integrates with the steering wheel controls.

LOL. That's why I got the FJC. I couldn't hear anything in the 40.

Does anyone know if this is compatible with the 2008 FJ?

I just called XM Direct and they said it was only compatible up to 2007 and would only sell me one at their risk?

Anyone out there give this a try?

Gator, I just replied on the other post you were asking, and short answer, no, only 07 and older. Only the dealer kit works.
