Either is fine. The only difference is probably going to be the price. Pick the closest one to your house and that'll do.

I think RS here had them for $6.95 and the AutoZone maybe had them for $5.95.

Edit - Here's the RS ones, $6.99

Here ya go:
86=positive side of the coil (your positive supply to make the coil turn on)
85=negative side of the coil (your negative supply for turning the coil on)
30=connect to the source of the load
87=connect the load (your lights)
87a=nothing (this is only active when the relay is not powered. 30 and 87a are connected when no power is flowing)

See here from the original post for an explanation:
OK I understand how relays work know. But whats the deal with 87a. Why have a tab to wire to it if you don't need to wire it?

If you're not using it, just don't wire anything to it in your setup. It can be very useful in some applications though.

Let's theoretically create an application here where the relay is used to switch on and off the power to an add-on fuse panel (such as the Blue Sea Systems one) with an add-a-circuit tapping an ignition source from the fuse panel. The 87a terminal will make voltage available in the "off" mode of the relay.

Consider the following scenario:
Let's say that you have your source connected directly to the constant battery source on terminal 30. Connected to terminal 86 is an add-a-circuit with power coming from your fuse panel off an ignition-switched source. You also have another wire from a ground to terminal 85, providing the ground for the coil. Your fuse panel is then connected to terminal 87, giving it power when the ignition is switched on (coil circuit completing). Still with me?

Let's now think about the possibility of connecting something up that turns on when your key is off. Think those little blinking lights that car alarm systems have: they come on when the car is off, right? Well, that's something like what you could connect to the 87a and when the ignition was off and the coil circuit was dead, the armature falls back onto the 87a terminal, providing power to whatever you want to use when the car is off.

Make sense?

Ok that makes sense. Thanks for the schooling.

FYI: I added jeshua's question and my little theoretical bit to the original post.
