Believe it or not, Radio Shack has them . . . . where a lot of auto parts stores don't.

I must have went to 6-7 RS and still zero luck.

They have seem to be getting away from small electronic items.
The sale person who came over when I was looking through the trays had zero ideal what I was talking about. Go figure.

But I was offer a cell phone deal in all stores. And 80% of the stores I went into I was offered in Spanish...(WTF). I don't speak Spanish. I don't even look Spanish.

Strange. They have them at every single RS here (there are 3 within close proximity to my house). You shouldn't have any problems getting them locally?? Maybe they just didn't know what you were talking about and you have to give them the part number? I dunno...
