I was disappointed with the FJ horn so I called the Toyota dealership parts guy and this is what I found out.
An optional horn plug is located in the wiring harness under the hood that runs along the right wheel well. If you peel back the black covering on the harness you will see it. You will bolt the second horn to the smaller threaded area on the wheel well.
Brian "the parts guy" actually located the plug, plugged in the new horn, bolted the new optional Tundra horn to the inside of the wheel well (to ground it) and what a huge improvement over the single stock beep beep road runner horn. (You leave the original horn in place, do not remove or unplug it.)
Remember, your buying another horn from Toyota and adding it to the existing circuit at the wheel well harness. Pretty slick, however, I don't think you should have to pay for an addtional horn kinda blows no pun intended.
Guess thats the way it is.
The great thing about it is that it was a Toyota OEM part and plug and play. All is well the horn caper is resolved. Hope this helps anyone wishing to upgrade their FJ horn, it makes a big difference.

Give me a break, there is not a much simpler install than what I described in more written detail than I would hope anyone would need. LOL! Sorry no pics for this one.

Don't be lazy...bust out the camera and take some pics or you will be sacrificed immediately!
Yes, a picture is worth a thousand words.
It would be nice to see which wire to connect to, and the part # for the Tundra horn, as I am sure there have been a few models by now since the introduction of the Tundra.
I was going to buy two Nappa (Fiaam) Freeway Blasters for the FJC when it gets here.
Running 2 of them in my '91 4Runner and they are loud.
But if this sounds nice and loud, I would try this setup instead.
