new stereo will i be able to utilize stock aux input

i am planning on installing a new stereo in the fj
will i be able to utilize the stock aux input if i buy a deck that supports aux inputs ?
Where can i buy a mounting bracket for the deck,is this my only choice
?

You will lose the stock aux input. However most aftermarket radio's will have their own aux input.

Yes, this was covered in another thread. Several people have re-connected their stock aux input jack.

Edit: Here, I have links to two people who did it. Might be worth sending them a PM to ask how.

hey guys, wondering if anyone has seen a step by step to removing the radio. putting complete new system in my FJ. well speakers AMP now head unit later. need to rewire, add output converter.
