Factory Alarm - Rearm Override?

Has anyone w/the factory alarm/security system noticed that the system can rearm itself?

I've got the VIP RS3200 Plus Toyota alarm system and this feature is really annoying, especially when I'm home and I go down to the garage only to find that the car is locked and I have to go back upstairs to get the key fob to disarm system and open the doors.

Is there anyway to permanently override this automatic rearm feature?

Once you Disarm it, Open a Door. Then it will see that you are using the FJ. When you only Disarm it and not do anything, the FJ will think you accidentally sat on the Disarm button or some thing.

Yeah, I figured that out, but somehow it keeps rearming itself in the garage -- must be accidently pushing the unlock button on the remote or something -- so I was just hoping to find a way to disable that feature. No responses on that yet, but I'm still hoping for a solution.
