The NXT Speakers are solid. In fact, they rock! You do actually feel like you are surrounded by sound in th FJ. If you put your hand to the headliner, you can feel them pulsing.

Well, being a total stereo freak I think I can give you an honest description. Every car I have ever owned I have upgraded the stereo. My last car "wrx" had a substantial system in it that I installed myself. I had to have the upgrade package 2 because of the stereo. It rocks !!!! For a stock stereo I was shocked !!! I don't think I will be messing with it anytime soon. Sure my last one went louder, but really, how often are you going to play it that loud ?
And no I am not old, and I LOVE a good stereo and I'm telling ya, this one sounds great !!! Very clear and great sounding !!
