working on the stereo...
So I put the Pionner HU in, the 6.5" Infinity Kappas with separate tweeters in the front doors, 4" Kappas in the rear pillars and now I still need to run an amp and also looking into the Alpine plt-5 for some bass in the car. I like the speakers but they really don't put out any bass. Very clear mids and highs though. Question, for anyone running the Alpine plt-5, were you able to mount it to the rear sill area where the factory sub would go or do you have to mount it on the floor? I would really prefer to have it mounted up and a little out of the way. I have a dog I cart around and carry other stuff so putting this on the floor would be a pain. Any pics would be appreciated as well.
