Installed this setup in mine yesterday. Do I need to set the swr?

YES. You need to SWR your antenna/CB. Your CB will last longer if you do this. If you don't and its way off, you can fry your CB.

Bandi: I went to Allpro's website to order your mount, but I couldn't find it listed. What gives? Do I have to call them?

So Keep an Eye Open and POST any info I get... I will
be getting one Tooo !!!...

As I understand it, They were not going to List it till
they had them Ready and STOCKED UP !!!

OK, makes sense... but damn! I was hoping to have one installed before my trip in November to the OBX. Maybe I can overnight the mount before then!

You always need to test your swr. Even if you are simply moving your antenna from one place to the next, you need to test your swr.
