Thanks for the info. I always wondered if you could change it like the Scions. I have it set to say my name and I chaned the color to red. I thought it looked pretty good with the yellow dash. I just wonder if it will be easier to see in the daylight?

i flubbed up! forgot to save it by holding the "1" button, now i cannot access the text feature at all. i can only change the colors. does anyone have any info on how to reset this or other help? greatly appreciated!

Way cool!!

Tried it out today. It can pretty much be set from any mode ..AM/FM1/FM2/DISC/AUX/. I did find it harder to get the timing right of when to press the audio control button in the radio modes -- it's easiest to set when in the AUX mode.

Can you rename Aux to IPod or just the start-up screen. Your post says start-up screen...got confused by the aux mode set .

from what i gather, only the start up, and then you can only add to, not replace the "fjammer" thingey. i am still looking for help on how to reset the d@mn thing, like i said before, forgot to save it, now i cannot get into the adding text mode at all, only changing the colors.
