Noob questions

Hey guys.... looking at FJ's and I have a couple questions:

Does the standard stereo (non upgraded) still have that stylized silver face, or is it one of the run of the mill black faced radios you see in many cars?

Second: I've seen the upgrade packages offer the door insert to match the color of the vehicle. What does it look like without this insert, is it just charcoal plastic like material instead?

The standard HU is standard black...

The area without the insert is the same color and texture plastics as the main inerior door panel.
