i am running my Sirius Sportster4 through the aux post with a mini plug, sounds ok, but can i boost the level in the aux port ? i have the volume all the up on the sirius unit, and it is way softer than the cd, fm etc. i am thnking of grabbing an amp for the enitre fjammer, and see how that sounds. short of replacing the entire head unit and speakers (no $$$ for that yet).
thanks in advance
Rob

when we first hooked up our mp3 player we were only getting one side and very low volume,, the belkin cable wouldn't work right, got a cheapie one from radio shack, that solved the volume/balance problem, the stereo part on the belkin was not getting through, try a cheap connector? hope you find the problem.
Make sure the Auxillary cable you are using has two black lines wrapping around the Jack horizontally. This is made for stereo. If the jack has one line, it's mono. Meaning the only speakers that will work will be either the two dash speakers or the two door speaker.
