3 1/2 month update on the use of the "DICE Firmware 63". Not even one glitch yet so far. Has been there everytime I wanted to use it. Even works with my kids new Nano. Everyting works just the way I want it.

Ace,
That is awesome. I think it might finally be the right time for me to pick one up. I've been waiting for a stable version of the firmware and have been reading everyones' stories on this thread for months. Thanks to all who have been posting about their experiences with their DICE unit!

I just got it today and will put it in this weekend.
When installing it, do you only need to make sure you disconnect the power connection behind the head unit, or should you disconnect the battery under the hood as well?
Re: iPod connected directly to FJ Jammer - Installation Instructions
Just finished installing the Dice unit.
Went very smoothly...taking apart and removing the head unit went a lot easier than I thought it would, especially being that this is the first time I've ever taken apart something on the inside of a car.
What took me the longest was figuring out a good place to mount the unit itself. I ended up mounting it on a flat surface to the right of glove compartment, using sticky-backed velcro (good stuff designed for outdoor, mounting use).
Quick initial test of the unit working with the radio was flawless so far.

Good Deal!
