Wheel Spacer install with pics

Installed Spidertrax wheel spacers today. Very easy install! It gives the FJC a very agressive look. Looks even better in person. It seems to handle a little better as well. I plan on pulling the wheels off at 50,500,1000 and 1500 miles to make sure that they seat well. What do you think?

That's way too often. I would say pull after 100 or miles and retorque them. After that, they ain't movin'.

Re: Wheel Spacer install with pics

Very Nice... I Have had these for about 2-3 weeks at least, still sitting in the truck tho, With my 34's, I know that the front will rub the body mount once they are on due to the extra throw when at full lock. So I will have to get that done first..

But I must Say... I Like the Look and they are not too much either...

I wannted them since I have skinny tires so that when i do got offroad, I have a little larger footprint to help with the 3 inch lift...

Re: Wheel Spacer install with pics

Looks good. I had a wheel shop say that they wouldn't do wheel spacers for some wheels I was looking at that wouldn't fit unless they did spacers. Are they really that bad or was the shop just blowin' smoke up my a$$ and didn't want any liability?

they run $99 per set of 2. I bought them for front and rear so it ran me about $200. I was surprised at what a difference it made on the back. I knew the front would look good but wasn't expecting the back to look so beefy.

Re: Wheel Spacer install with pics

Okay, so help me understand why I would want these? Don't we want to be able to travel as narrow a path as possible? I think that the wheelbase on the FJ is already pretty good and handles well. Don't get me wrong, I am not coming down on you for them, just not sure why I want to spend 200.00 on them.
