Well you probably would need some rear coils to gain the lift you desire, and because the front coilovers are adjustable you can pretty much get any rear spring and adjust the front suspension to match it.

Having aftermarket upper control arms wouldn't be a bad idea either but all you really NEED in addition to the kit I would think is the rear coils.

For that cost I'd keep saving and get their 2.5 coilovers.

It is odd that Fox doesn't have their own rear coils so you're forced to choose another brand of rear lifted coils unless you wanted to keep the FJ at stock height which is a possibility with the front adjustable coilovers being able to adjust from 0" to 2" of lift.

I was also thinking about getting these rear shocks. Would I still need to change out the stock rear coils?

Re: Fox shock kit but don't know what else needed to level/ lift

No shock for the rear of the FJ will ever increase the height of your lift on its own, although it can be a limiting factor in the aount of travel. Lift in the rear is 100% dependent on the coil.
