Front Suspension Collapse

An owner who appears on another forum has posted a message of a brand new FJ that had a "front suspension collapse" with less than 100 miles on it. Check this site:
FJ Cruiser Owners Community #1
It's listed under Problems & Issues.
Anyone else seen or heard of anything like this?

Re: Front Suspension Collapse

My guess is either LBJ failure or improperly tightend lug nuts. If the guy was a little more helpful with details and/or photos it would be easier.

Re: Front Suspension Collapse

After reading the story....sounds like sabotage from the Chevy dealer....after all they were thinking of trading it in on a TrailBlazer of all things and then went back and picked up their FJ after not seeing it for a few days, .

Also....look at the logo on the site....looks alot like ours. I purchased a sticker for this website for my FJ...the thread is closed however seeing that they came across another site with our logo. Is this the site?? No follow up has been posted to the closing of that thread....by JayC???

See thread here!...
