best lift kit?!?!

i know this has been hammered, but from my research the old man emu 3" and the allpro 3" looks to be favorites. i really like the allpro but its nearly twice as much with reservoir coilovers. so for the money, what's the best?

Re: best lift kit?!?!

Mine is OME, works just great even on extreme trails.

Re: best lift kit?!?!

It really depends on your application and how much time you're realistically going to spend off road and what type of driving you're going to do when you are off road.

If it's just for the looks, then just about any kit would probably suffice.

Probably any of the lift kits from the sponsors here would be good. (I'm still waiting for my FJ, and probably will do the toytech lift - though I'm still weighing all the options.)

Re: best lift kit?!?!

I have a dealer installed OME lift and have done Moab. Hells Revenge. It functioned very nicely. I am pleased.

Re: best lift kit?!?!

I went with OME. Afterall, great reputation and I heard some real good things here.

I guess I'll hold "official" comment until it is on my FJ and I have had the chance to put it through some paces.

Re: best lift kit?!?!

Depends on your budget. Mine was $500 and I can't be happier with my ToyTec lift. Here's a thread for you - Need Pictures of ToyTec Lifted FJs!
