Ok, I am having a huge problem.
First and formost I would like to say Performance products 4 trucks has the worst customer service ever!!!!!!
2nd I would like to tell you my problem.
OK here it is,
I purchased my OME Heavy Load front and Medium load rear about 3 weeks ago.
A week after ordering I get it in and I recieve the rear medium coils and shocks. but instead of getting the front I get a box with a nissan frontier westin bullbar mount. So I call in and they have my dang heavy lift on backorder.
So I am trying to find somewhere that sells a heavy for just the front becuase I am not trying to send back the rear since I already have it.
So I was wondering about the toytec lifts and if someone could help me figure out what I need there.
Someone please just help me find somewhere that sells the front or help me pick out a toytec lift!

-Kevin

Re: Please read!!!

Sounds like to me there was just a simple mistake on putting the shipping lable on the right box. $hit happens. Call the shipping provider and have them come return to sender pick up. Hang in there on the Heavy's. There is nothing PP can do if the supplier is out of them to. I do Retail as a business. Everybodys hands are tied when the manufacture is b/o in product. I have had nothing but perfect customer service from PP. over the years. Good Luck.

Re: Please read!!!

Hey i ran into the same problems getting my kit from a local 4x4 shop. Stuff is on back order at ARB/OME. I wanted to buy through a local dealer. So he had to shop around for the front shocks and man-a-fre had them instock (toytec didn't). Let just say man-a-fre charged me out the bum for just the front shocks. Kind of ridiculous.
