2008's OEM Levelled????

So I was on mud the other day and I saw some pics of a guys new brick FJC. And it looks level from the factory in one of the pics. Here is a link:

My 2008 FJ Cruiser - IH8MUD.com Forum

Does anyone here know if the 08's have been levelled out at the factory? Just wondering.

Saw one the other day and I'd say no, still got the same sag in the front as the 07s...

Sorry to say that the '08s still have the stink bug rake, it's the only thing I dislike about mine, will be installing OME 883s soon.

I think you guys are looking at it all wrong ...

It's not that the front end sags -- it's that the rear end is JACKED!

Heck, we used to do that to muscle cars back in the 60s and 70s all the time.

I guess the saggy front end jacked rear ends have it. No, the front is indeed still lower than the front for 08. Thanks guys, just an optical...er maybe wishful...illusion.

Buy a pre-2007 F250 or K2500 and you can have it the other way around (saggy rear and jacked front).

Re: 2008's OEM Levelled????

Newbe question (sorry if the answer is obvious): Does the front sag because the coils up front are too week for the weight, or is this uneven angle simply the way toyota manufactured the truck?

Most trucks are raked for various reasons. Number one is to offset a towing or hauling load.
