OME Install.....Leasons learned....

I have my OME lift installed 884/895....thought i would share some tips i learned....the living post step by step instructions by Terahex was very helpful....but...on step #7 in his install guide...when putting back the front spring/shock assy...it was very difficult to get the bottom of the shock to go into the position on the lower A arm....i found a easy helpful tool to make this happen...a very large crescent wrench...opened up to fit the thickness of the lower A arm.....put the wrench just below the shock mount and....just push down with one hand and guide the shock into position on the lower A arm...line up with drift punch...install lower shock nut and bolt....RR

Re: OME Install.....Leasons learned....

river runner, i had the same problem with my install. I had to put my back against the inside of the fender and "bench press" down the UCA while my brother pushed the shock in from the bottom.
