Yes, it is best to get them clocked correctly. However, if it isn't rubbing, you may be one of the lucky ones and not need to worry about it. There are others that have incorrectly clocked springs that don't have any rubbing issues with the front swaybar.
In any case, if you had this done at a shop, I would take it back and request them to clock them correctly. And, its not just for the OME springs, it is for all springs including the stock ones...
