Anyone running a front bumper/winch on a Rough Country 3" lift?

I have a Rough Country 3" lift that I have not installed yet. A buddy of mine is trading in his FJ and asked me if I was interested in his ARB front bumper with Warn winch. Of course I am interested......but will the front suspension of a Rough Country 3" lift (stock with a spacer) be ab;e to handle the weight? How much do front bumpers weigh? I figure if I get the RC lift installed, and I DO end up getting this bumper, and my front end cant handle it.......I could just get some OME springs for the front and leave my RC rear (springs and shocks) alone??

I ran an allpro bumper and warn 9.5xp on a RC 3" for a couple months. It sagged a little, but wasnt too bad at all. the allpro is alot lighter than the arb bumper though. I also run sythetic rope to save on weight

Re: Anyone running a front bumper/winch on a Rough Country 3" lift?

i have the RC 3" lift ( been on for about 16 months) and an Expedition one Bumper with Warn XD9000i winch. I didnt think it was sagging, but after parking my truck next to a 08 sandstorm with the OME lift, i can tell that mine is easily 1 1/2" to 2" lower in the front.

At some point i will get the OME fronts, but my rear seems to be fine so why change it?

Yes, but did the Sandstorm with the OME have a bumper too?? If not, it may have sagged like yours if it did (have a bumper)
