3" W/E installed and aligned but 1 small issue

So I had the W/E kit installed and due to the fact that I was trying to get teh truck ready for an off-roading trip, I had to save time by getting the truck aligned prior to putting the wheels and tires on. When I got the truck back from alignment with the stockers, it felt great. Only drove it a few miles but didn't notice the problem I had once the new wheels went on.

SPECS:
3" W/E All-Pro Lift with adjustable resovoirs
All Pro UCA's, Rear upper and lower control arms, sway bar end links with collars.
All shocks set to softest setting (already had it on medium all the way around)
Currently, the sway bar end links and rear upper link hasn't been installed.

PROBLEM: Under hard accelleration, the truck pulls to the right. The front end also feels a lil floaty (I know I can stiffen the rear up a bit which should reduce the floatiness problem)

Wheels: 17x8.5 Weld Methods with 295/70 Nitto Terra Grappler.

Any takers on what could be the culprit? Could the alignment be that far off after installing the new wheels and tires? Ideally I would have waited on the alignment until after the wheels were on, but I had people running around for me on their only day off to get the tires mounted all while I had the FJ being aligned.......all while I was 40 miles away at work.

Any input would be appreciated!

Thanks!

Re: 3" W/E installed and aligned but 1 small issue

After a little more looking under the truck, I think the alignment shop didn't set the rear control links properly or didn't realize they are adjustable. One of teh All Pro links has about 5 threads showing and the other has maybe 9-10. I think I'll take it back and see what they think.
