Can someone post a pic of the diff bushing? Fig 21 or Item 24 says to place bushing on top of hole and to bolt new diff bracket using the stock. Problem is the two small are ok but the one long bolt that was taken from fig 19 with the 12mm hex nut.. It just don't seem like it fits into the middle position. Unless you throw away the nut and mount it from the bottom up.
Will probably need that too.. but under the front diff there is a diff bracket:
is there only the two 17mm bolts on the sides or is there a third that goes in the middle? I can't imagine that the bushing just 'sits' on the crossmember brace
not sure what he is referring to i guess. i read the instruction manual on the rc it didn't say anything about the diff, or transfer case he was asking about, we did nothing with my diff

Hey Mike, he's talking about the Rough Country 6" lift. The pictures that are in the instructions is my FJ.
Hey guys, thanks for looking. I figured it out. Before I posted here I called RC but the guy (not sure who it was) told me to take apart the old one that was removed in fig 19 but it wasn't right that bold is way to big. There is an extra bolt in bag3, nowhere in the instructions says to use it. So I did use it to bolt the bushing to the new diff bracket.
Also I had a problem with the bolt in fig 26 that hits the infamous box on the diff. If turn around the bolt so that the bolt head is closest to the box then it fits with no problem and no rubbing. I also agree that the vacuum hose on that box is too streched and going to add a couple of inches on it.
This build is trying my patience, which I have little of.. but it is fun. You really have to have a good quanitity of tools on hand thats for sure..
I'll post up pic's soon, taking my time on this.. I only get an hour here, couple of hours there. Tomorrow I have to run to TODallas (thanks Jacque or whomever it was) picking up my new gaskets for the knuckles. Mine is barely torn but I want it perfect.
Glad you got things worked out. If you come across problems with instructions drop them a call, e-mail or PM Bonzo_Player (Ben) on here. They like to get feedback on how to make things better.
