Yeah, but none of the tires you mentioned could even hold a candle to Swampers offroad. SS's are offroad tires, they are not meant to be friendly on the highway. If you look at interco's less aggressive tires like the TrXus MT, you'll see that they are way easy to balance and fine on the road.
Comparing Swampers to Nitto's or Toyo's is like comparing apples to oranges. They are completely different beasts. I'm not dissing on Toyo's, but they are just meant for a totally different use.
VERY WELL PUT 4Rnr !!!

Nope. The TrXus sucks, too. Had a set of them on a dual-purpose 02 Chevy Avalanche. Difficult to balance and they wear in such a way that it will just piss you off. Unless you're mounting a set of Intercos on a second set of steelies for offroad use only, just stay away from them all-together.

-voodoo
Well I run them, and really like them. I have them on alloy rims and have never had a problem. There are several Taco's running them in TTORA who all love them as well.

Re: ALL-PRO Lift and Swampers - Bandi's FJC

OK... I KNOW... No Pict's Yet... I will be doing the Install Tomorrow Morning !!!

But Last night, just for Yuks, I jacked the front up and popped the steels with the 34's(measure 34.8") on... They fit and turn as is, about a 1/2" clearance... LOL... Sweet... But I will still be going up with her...

The thing I noticed with all the measuring was that at stock height or when I jacked the frame 3 inches, there is no less or more clearance with the wheels turned...

The only way to get more will be the Front mount trim which I will also do tomorrow so I have more wheel clearance for now and for the future...

So... 33's would be a perfect fit with or without lift on stock rims...

More tomorrow... WITH PICT'S !!!

BTW - Anyone going with the stock steel rims from aluminum rims will need new lug nuts... which I am going to get today... the alum. rims have washered type lugs, and the steels need the acorn type...
