Is it typical for DRs to need a recharge after 5 months?

I also need to put a 2" lift in front and have no experience with lifts so If you want an extra pair of hands. My quote was 400 bucks for it... I just cant spend 400 bucks on looks.

Not sure but I'd assume any nito charged shock wil need regular charging, even tires loose about 3 psi a month

Thanks easelman. WOW I never expected so many board members to offer help like this. Maybe a SD mod day is in the future? I'm no mechanic, but I do know how to operate pull tabs and bottle caps

I'm looking at the ICONs and Swayaways. Overkill for me? Maybe, but based on what I've read here, the ride quality and tunability over the OMEs is undeniable. I keep having an internal argument over what upgrades are "necessary". Well, when it comes right down to it, I could argue about whether or not getting the FJ in the first place was "necessary". I need to remind myself that I got this truck for fun, and if overkilling it tickles my fancy, so be it. Ultimately, I'd like to be able to point in any direction, and say, "I want to go THERE" and not have to worry about limits (which I have yet to encounter in stock form) <-- i told you to shut up, voice of reason!

I wish I could, but I'm heading up to Hemet later today to pick up a buddy, and then on to Big Bear in the morning for that Trail Team thing. Maybe next week for some brews, if nothing else

Re: $1200 for OME 885/895 installation?

We have an install facility in Hemet that can install the front & rear OME kits for $375 (labor only) if that helps:
