I did notice the the angle is the same just that the location to the rear alxe had moved when all is put back together and sat back on the ground the axle location returns and the shock tower and perch line back up....I put the shock on the perch first and then compressed the shock and lined it up with the hole in the tower....look at it while your rig is on the ground it looks much better.
