dual shocks front and rear on a RC 6" lift

I found this FJ on PureFJcruiser.com. The guy has a FC 6" lift and added dual shocks to the rear and the front. His bump stop for the front is also kinda weird. Toyota FJ Cruiser Accessories from Pure FJ Cruiser - Toyota FJ Cruiser Pictures

Re: dual shocks front and rear on a RC 6" lift

I think they are Jeep shocks. The rear looks really short and it would hurt his travel.

Re: dual shocks front and rear on a RC 6" lift

I can't help but wonder what the need was for more "shock" out back, I personally can't deal with how stiff the rear shocks are on my RC6, and pray daily for ICON to hurry up and put the RC6 piggyback rear shocks into production.

And who said that the front lower arms can't accommodate the dual shocks!

That's always a good idea, to add two differnet
length shocks on one corner... ...
