My salesman was the internet manager named Sarwar. BEST purchasing experience EVER. Wasn't presured into purchasing, answered all my questions and ordered my FJ just the way I wanted it with only the options I wanted.

I Cancelled my order after they lost my original order and then they did not call me back when a FJ came in.
I was so frustrated, I called Mgr the day I bought my current FJ

Stay Away From: Vandergriff Toyota in Arlington,TX. I wound up paying 5k over back in April. I was stupid and fell for it. This was back before I knew about the forum and all of its infinite wisdom. Last time I was there, they had lowered the markup to 2k, that was about 2 months ago. I have been there 3 times for service, one was for the oil change and tire rotation. The other 2 times was for the tire recall. I had the FJ there for the oil change and tire rotation and they didn't even bother to tell me about the tire recall, I found out the next day from the letter they sent in the mail, so I had to go back. The first time there just for the recall, they forgot to check to see if they even had the tires to swap out for me. Instead of checking when I made the appt., I had to wait an hour before they realised they didn't have them. So they had me come back the next day. Next day comes around, guess what, no tires. They had to get permission from the service dept. director to call the local Firestone store and have some shipped over. Form now on, I think I will go th Toyota of Plano or Toyota of Dallas for service.

You guys are lucky to get Blue Bell Ice Cream..........oh sorry for the hijack but can't get it here in Colorado.......Brenham reminded me of the days of Cookies and Cream..."the best ice cream in the country"
