DFW: off-road track suggestion

Just wanna let the DFW fellows know there is a big mud track at mountain creek parkway (dallas) and Mountain creek lake bridge (303). (Try Google map it, you can see the track with Satellite) I used to see a lot ATV and 4x4 truck there. Your guys may wanna try sometime. My roommate used to go there after rain with his 4 runners. Our university is next to that mud track :P

Is it legal and are the land use issues known? I don't want to go somewhere that I will get busted or piss some one off.

Re: DFW: off-road track suggestion

He goes to Dallas Baptist Universtiy, so I would hope so.

As much as I hate to be a buzzkill, I believe the area he is talking about (between the Parkway and the lake) is operated by TP&W, and is not a designated OHV area (SOURCE, therefore they would be either illegally wheeling on the TPW property or they have the written consent of the private landowner, or it is a small, private park that is self-regulating.

'Muddin" on questionable land? I'll pass on the basis of "muddin" alone.
