I likely know 2 or 3 other local FJ guys who dont come on forums too much who might join. Ill find out for sure and see if they will be around. A couple of us have been trying to wheel for a few weekends.

Northwest Park is located .8 miles North of Hwy 380 on Hwy 101 on the West side. You must go past the entrance and make a u-turn 1.1 miles North on Hwy 101. Directions to Northwest Park Map
GPS coordinates are 33 degrees 14' 11" N 97 degrees 46' 38" W
The physical address is 2914 Hwy 101. For more information call 940.683.3480. Monday - Friday or 940.683.3685 on weekends at the gatehouse.

Here's the link to their website (same as in the OP).

Officially, it's called 'Northwest OHV Park'. It's owned and operated by the city of Bridgeport.

The entrance to the property is on highway 101 here.

The place to pay to get into the OHV portion of the recreation area is here.

Google Maps says just under 4 hours from Austin (LINK).
