Never been out to the Bridgeport OHV park...have a 4x2 FJ with the rear locker...how are the trails out there? Are there some moderate trails, any others with a 4x2 wheeled out there before? If so, how is it? Not sure I can make it this time, but def want to get out there sometime soon!!

You'll make it around the park main roads just fine, but a big NO on the trails out there. We have had 2wd try it out there before and they just got winched out the whole day. Not fun for anyone. You're welcome to come out and hop in someone's passenger seat though!
RedRaider I have to concur with Landy. You are welcome to join us for lunch, but will have to kindly request that you not jump in on the group runs. We tried to accommodate a 2wd (with locker) in the past and it turned into an afternoon of one recovery after another. We will find you an empty passenger seat so that you can enjoy the afternoon too.
Hope to see you there.

RR there are plenty of good trails for non 4x4 vehicles. Heck most of the time I cruise around in 2H for the challenge of it but I'll echo what Wilson said, please don't get stuck following a more technical group. See ya there!

Re: DFW Feb Meet & Greet/Wheeling
In the two times I've been there so far, I have not actually even needed to use 4WD very much. So, it is indeed entirely possible to find stuff to do there without it. However, that's how it almost always goes.....for the vast majority of the miles of the offroading that we do, 4WD is not necessary, but when you get to that one obstacle or that one mud pit (or in the case of Bridgeport, those 5 or 10 mud pits ) where it is needed and you don't have it, you will either wish you did, or wish you hadn't gone on the trail in the first place.
It's a nice OHV park, and with such a great bunch of folks, a passenger seat should be just as fun.
