FJ in San Antonio, TX

Anyone still on the forum from San Antonio? I've seen a few around but don't know anyone nor have I buped into anyone else who owns one. I've seen a blue one at the Bass Pro shop and a silver one here near work off of Ackerman. Anyone? Oh yeah other than the Black Cherry I saw at the Book store on Bandera. That sheman driving it was rude.

hey, haven't been up to SA in a while. Last time I was up there I didn't see any FJ's anywhere. will be up in SA 12-22, but will be flying up. Prob. won't drive FJ up till mid January. Sorry. Have a great Christmas.

I pass through SA on the way to Del Rio about 7-8 times during hunting season. Haven't seen any passing through. Seen a couple in Del Rio.

I drive a blue one here, but I havent made it out to the bass proshop yet
oh yeah and theres 2vb 1bd 1s 1bc that I know of in my neighborhood so theres quite a few in SA

I'm here in San Antonio (Converse specifically). I have a silver one with no real mods (I added spot mirrors).

I see a black one somewhat regularly on Hildebrand mid-afternoons.

There is a lady that works at the vet clinic I go to that bought one because she "thought it was so cute"

I found a little trail that had some mud on it the other day so I had to throw some of that on the FJ, all of this shiny ones are making me mad. Poor FJs will never see dirt, rocks or mud.

Maybe we should try a get together some time around here. If the guys in Houston can do it, I think we can too!

That would sound good to me. I've seen a few driving around but don't know anyone who ownes one. I fave a few mods. All the stuff Toyota could put on it and have me pay for. Since then I added a DAYSTAR lift and an ARB front bumper. I'm limited by the size of my garage and and that darn tire warranty. If you see a silver FJ with an ARB bumper it's me.

I am seeing more and more FJ's but with alot of older women driving them (nothing wrong with that) but i think the "I thought it was so cute" has alot to do with it. i agree with SILVERFJINSA, get together would be nice my wife is tired of hearing the pros and cons of all the lifts and bumpers etc... red mccombs has at least four FJ's on the lot and one is modded with wheels, tires, suspension and who knows what else

if you see a blue one around town w/ a siver canoe on top thats mine i have one up there from boozing in a cabin outside uvalde on the frio. ill post pics whenever i get them from my friend
