For tint, I use Ada's Window Tint. It's on I-10 on the east side of houston. Very good, and the price is the best that I've found!

It's on I-10 eastbound at Normandy.

There's another good place off Wallisville close to 610 in front of the salvage yard (Sorry, I don't remember the name) but they replaced my window and tinted it for a reasonable price last time in my Firebird.
