I'm not sure about cheap, but Toyota of Dallas can install them I'm sure. They're a vender on the forum. Try PMing TRDParts4U or emailing info@trdparts4u.com.

I did my first install (Rough Country) in my Dallas ( North Garland actually) driveway . If you have a bit of mechanical skill its worth it. Sort of a hands on "get to know your suspension" exercise.
Toyota of Dallas installed my second suspensionectomy ( Donahoes).

i want to do it myself i'm worried about taking my suspension apart though

There is more than enough info on this forum to provide you with the info you need. I did mine myself, and I had never done a suspension myself either.
I would suggest you find a buddy to help and do it yourself. Just jack it up and start removing nuts and bolts.
