I am up for Cline Ranch!
Can a stock cruiser handle that trail?
I'm sure there are different levels of trails for different levels of rigs.

In THIS thread there is a link to the FJC Magazine, in the current issue (July '08) there is a shoot-out between some skid makers.

So is this weekend event going to be at Cline? or ???

I would say yes, as long as you have 4X4 and hopefully some decent tires. Some spots you might wanna take the round-about path and some you may want to avoid all together. I wasn't able to do a few of the trails, but I at least tried all the ones that looked doable. Some will pretty much require a locker or winch to finish, others you will be able to do just based on your size whereas i would be too long and wide.

1) Yes, they're sure are.

2) Cline's is great, they eve have been working on blazing some new trails. I would do it again but, personal preference here, would like to hit up a new spot for me, like Boulder. Plus, like I said, a group from TX4WD is going to be at Boulder anyways so we would have a for sure trail leader/guide.

Re: July 19-20 Meet

Yep, that's the spot. Does this location seem "fair" to everyone as far as distance? It is ~2 hours away for me here in San Antonio. Granted Cline's is only like 30 minutes (why am I not pushing for this spot?!) and would save me some nice $$$ on gas. I have heard all good things about Boulder and would love to try some place new.

Re: July 19-20 Meet

Just FYI for the H-Town guys we would be looking at about 4 hours drive time and 215+ miles.

Re: July 19-20 Meet

Yeah, that sounds about right as to how long/distance it was from here to Gen. Sam's. Maybe just a little shorter.
