To the cute blonde in the Voodoo Blue...

I pulled up next to you near the Hooters in Selma, just north of San Antone. You rolled down your window, smiled and said "Nice Truck", and took off. Don't be threatened by the fact we have the same great taste in vehicles. Instead, email me here and maybe we can hook up next time I am around SA.

I hope you are on here, and I hope to hear from you soon!

Sounds like we need to add a "Missed Connections" forum to the site.

In my experience, you have to try to get some contact info right then and there. Tell her about the forums other owners. 99% chance you won't be seeing her around anymore.

On that note, I've bumped into a crazy cute blonde driving a lifted FJ70 I think 3 times now. Finally chatted with her and she told me I can find her at a coffee shop down the street from one I normally frequent.

Great idea- On another forum I am a member of, they dist business cards for you to hand out to other Jeep Rubi owners to invite them to the forum to help them out and yourself with info. Does this forum do the same thing? I typically leave one of the cards in my vin slot in my dash for people to see that come up when I am not around.

Unfortunately, I had to come back to DC, so I haven't been back to see if she works there. BTW, the Hooters in Selma Rocks! You should see the bartender Sara Beth, who has been a calender girl the last 3 years in a row! Plus, the fact that Selma used to be a speed trap town with a bunch of corrupt cops and now the city hall/jail is a Hooters is pretty damn funny! I just hope all you Texans realize how fortunate you are to live in the greatest place on earth. I should be back there in 4 years (or less) to stay, and I will never leave again except for the occasional vacation. God Bless Texas!
