Sears Torque wrench for wheels

Personally I am fine with both Snap On and Craftsmen. The main thing for me is to buy the best tool I can at the time. Obviously it depends on the tool. Something like a torque wrench will last forever if you take care of it.

I have made my living with tools most of my life and buying cheap tools just never made sense to me. Now I earn my living with a computer and it is the same thing, give me all the memory and the most vidio card it can handle!

Save your money, buy a quality torque wrench, and you just may be able to leave it to your son (or daughter) when you go.

PS: Also worked for years in a calibration shop and own $20 torque wrenches in all sizes. All I want to do is to not break stuff and not have it come loose either. Not really mechanically challenging. Folks that do that type of work need to take more care then folks like me

I personal started to hate Sears as of early last year.
And planned not to ever spend my money in their stores anymore.

But this past blackfriday (2007) and Holiday season.
They had Craftsman 104pc socket set W/8 wrenches for $50 I had afew $15 of $50 coupon so for $35 was a no brainer (Bought two, one fo each car).
Picked up 3 (2xMetric and 1XSAE) sets of Gearwrench 10pc ratcheting wrenches for $23.
Needed these to installed my TRD shocks.
And their Craftsman torque wrenches where 50% off=$39.99.
I used some more $15 coupon on the torque wrenchs and some wrench bags.

So for the price (and hassle of one coupon per purchase) made me look past hating Sears.

Since I have a 160 piece Craftsman kit I'll have to stick with them. I looked at the Husky warranty and it looks really good. But I dont want to have to buy all the sockets I need.

Anybody know what size Craftsman Torque Wrench I would need to work on: Tires and all the components that were taken off from the lift being put on

And any model numbers would be cool too. I would like to get a Manual TW.
