Ah, for the front. Gotcha. I am 6'1" so no point on the hood is really out of reach. I was thinking about just the rear, for powerwashing the roof or placing/removing gear from the racks.
When i sold Christmas trees in college i would always jump up on the persons tire in order to tie the tree down to their roof rack. I just like the price of my version more than this

I picked up a similar one from Dick's Sporting goods on closeout for $4.99. Couldn't pass it up. Always be sure to remove it before driving off. That could be real ugly.
