Well actually, what I remember about the old FJ is cutting class in high school, piling into the one a buddy had and playing on the dirt hills at the foot of the Sandia Mtns in Albuquerque... and not getting to drive my either of my dad's FJs as often as I wanted. Bummah, that.

Guess I was more of a do it kind of kid than a sit in front of the TV and watch someone else type. Although, *I* didn't spend my entire sophomore year in detention as did a forum member who shall remain nameless but whose initials are FJ Dragon. <g>

I have never been able to understand why people get so wounded over the excessive use of caps in forum posts. Its just words on a screen, I don't see how it causes so much pain. Its not like having rocks pound your FJ's windshield evey time you hop on the freeway or something. Just a random thought...

I know their words on a screen, if anything, I feel sorry for the person that put them there. It's the text equivalent of the obnoxious guy in a bar that's talking way to loud, saying things (whether you agree with him or not) in a way that just makes you cringe. I also feel sorry for the writer in that it makes readers suspect he/she has a room temp IQ for not being able to figure out how to work a keyboard.
