RE: A) Driver error - I always wonder about this in these reviews...How do they standardize this test to make it insure that is is fair? Is it the same driver that just went up in one of ther other vehicles or a different one? If it is the same one, wouldn't you get better after you tried the hill a couple times? Would the Xterra fail repeatedly?

B) y - this is a definate flaw relative to the FJ

C) Maybe cuz they're just plain ugly - but then again so am I and I can make it up that hill on my peculiar bi peds.

A friend of mine just traded in his 96 Pathfinder for a 4 door 2001 Taco.

He said he (or anyone else) could ever get the thing to drive straight!

Another convert !!! When he saw and rode in my FJ - perhaps it got him thinkin' ! He got a great deal though $15k for a clean black 4-dr with only 50k on the ODO.
