Toyota 4x4 Owners Off-Road Event, Invitation E-mail: Terms of Invitation No Purchase Necessary
Eligibility: Invitation is open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia). Employees, officers and directors and their immediate families (parent, spouse, child or sibling) and those living in the same household of Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A. "Sponsor", its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, suppliers, dealerships, advertising, promotion and administrative agencies are not eligible for invitation. Void where prohibited.
The invitation will only be good for the 4x4 Owners Off-Road Event in Las Vegas, Nevada being held on Saturday, November 4, 2006. Multiple invitations from any one person or e-mail address will void all but the initial entry plus one guest. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected e-mails, entries or transmissions, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, garbled, misrouted, scrambled transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic or otherwise; for inaccurate entry, printing or other errors appearing in these rules, or in other related materials. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms of Invitation.
Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of invitation by Sponsor. The invitation only covers admission to the event and has no cash value. By registering, entrants agree 1) that Sponsor and its designees shall have the right and permission to use entrant's name and/or picture and/or likeness or biographical information or voice for trade, advertising, promotional and/or any other purpose in any media now or hereafter known without any further consideration, permission or notification except where prohibited by law; and 2) that Sponsor and its parent company,
affiliated & subsidiary companies, retailers, suppliers, distributors, advertising, promotion & administrative agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, to entrant or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance or participation in this
Promotion. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any entrant, entrant will be deemed the individual named on the registration form, provided that individual was the intended recipient of e-mail containing the registration offer. If this event is cancelled or rescheduled this invitation is void and no payment will be made.
