As a result, wind-noise at the front of the vehicle is unbearable and can only be countered by cranking the stereo.
The stereo can be made louder than the wind noise? Not on my FJ.

Wow "AutoGuide", you're just brilliant eh? How idiotic can you be to post a negative review on a forum that's all about loving the vehicle?
You must be in management aka stupid, stupid, stupid, stupid, stupid.

I don't care if it has the aerodynamics of a house brick, and it's noisy as hell. That's why I bout the frigging thing.

I'm riding in the Mutt's-'Nutt's

FJ Cruiser - SE: 2010 Model: Silver Metallic - Stock Car.

I invite any of these eco-car reviewers up to my winter cabin in the woods. See how many of them can make it up my driveway.

I agree! They don't get the concept of a vehicle that doesn't do everything for you and do it quietly. Thank the gods that Toyota does!

I second your invite. These things are BEASTS in the snow. Thats why I am on my second one!!

Great forum, too many good points to quote. Think we all agree, everything in that review is why we own our FJ's and LOVE them.

Re: Five-Point Inspection: 2012 Toyota FJ Cruiser

I have had my truck 6 years now . Amazing vehicle, work play hauling, will do it all . I run my truck, in mud snow, back roads urban jungle, I haul the boat, surf gear, camera gear, sleep in . Reading this article it seems they have no understanding of the target market in the review.
The reason for buying a FJ is that you, are not looking for plane Jane. We the buyer are about something different something that is tough , and can be serviced anywhere.
Stock or modified a FJ is a real vehicle, and serious bang for the buck.
The fact Toyota has stock the style out with next to know changes is amazing. It's a classic truck like the fj40.
I plan on driving my truck into the ground. It's a real vehicle for a real word.. One that will do what you ask of it .
Know clue to what this vehicle is all about in that review, or why one buys it.Stay the course Toyota it's a classic.
