When is the poll coming up for Favorite FJ 08 color?

I pick Biege.

Saw 2008’s coming off the boat TODAY! Portland, OR

Man sorry guys the camera was back at the shop. Just happened to be in the area where they unload the Toyotas off the boats. I watched as two new colors came off. They were not putting them in their over load lot near the public (where I got the good photos last year when they first arrived in the US as see on Ih8mud) so I was a good ¼ mile away looking down hill. BUT I defiantly saw two new colors:

Brick Red (dark but not like the black cherries)
Sand beige!

No sun roofs that I could see.

Can you say Telephoto lens…….. Sun rise is at what time? Photos to come.

UPDATE! PHOTOS!

UPDATE:

Here is the view from yesterday. (I saw a ship there but maybe it was not unloading?)

Sign welcoming anyone that wants to walk close to the yards. All photos actually were taken from public property, I never crossed any of the “secure” areas with out permission. We like our relation ship with Toyota!

Mark
Nice work Mark.

Great pics! Is the beige a metallic or a solid? I'm assuming those fj's have the offroad package with the 16" wheels... could you zoom in enough to see the yellow bilsteins?

I like the Sandstorm, but I still LOVE the Voodoo. I'll need to see them side-by-side to make my choice. Soon... very, very soon, yeah!

I came to this forum looking for answers on these new Toyota trucks I had just driven off a ship the night before. I posted that they were on the way to dealers and it created quite a stir here. A member named Speedwayblue said he would take pictures, so I told him where to look. Later that week, we parked a bunch in the upper lot, right by the fence to get some closeups. Don't try to outscoop the scoopers.
Here is the original sighting thread.http://www.fjcruiserforums.com/forum...-portland.html
Hat is off to you on that one. I had not heard of this fourm at that time. It was over on the Ih8mud fourm I put them up: FJ Cruiser ----- “There heeeeereeeee” - IH8MUD.com Forum

HOWEVER: You did get out scooped for 08's.....Cachow!
