I hear you. I think it's also that it's not something Exciting and Brand New so it takes the WOW factor away. I was drooling when I was waiting for the first pictures of the new FJ to come off the boat, even if it was a dark, crummy cell phone picture. Now it's like blah, the colors are new but there are repainted ones in red, orange, green, tan and probably other colors.
Congrats on getting yours. I love mine. I also like the fact that the 07's don't have the tire pressure sensors as I have read a lot of complaints on the Toyotanation board with the sensors on the Tacomas when airing down for off roading.

You're all creaming yourself over the prospect of maybe seeing some pictures of an FJ Cruiser.
What do you think it's going to look like?
Here's the answer, (brace yourselves now because this is going to come as a major surprise to some of you dimwits), it's going to look like:
AN FJ CRUISER!!!
That's right folks an FJ Cruiser. Imagine that. Still excited?
Yes, sadly you probably all are. You're the same people that posted pics on this board for all to admire of your stock FJ when you first took possession with the heading: "Finally! She's here!".
And then you all take turns complimenting each other on the color choice.
Why not relax a little, find a hobby, get a job and just wait for the new ones to arrive in your local dealer in the fall, (which is when they'll be getting there).

I just got back from the local Toyota dealer, I had to buy a new clutch for the matrix and stopped in the sales department and asked the manager when the 08's where coming to PR and he said late December - early Jan. ... I laughed in his face i remember seen the 07's way earlier than late December!!! i dont believe what he said
