Re: Saw 2008’s coming off the boat TODAY! Portland, OR
Helo,
Thanks for the pics. Reps on the way.
I'm not a big fan of the red. A little too brown for my taste.
And I like the wheels on the '07 better. Normally I like 5 spokes, but these just don't look right. Maybe it's just because the caps are missing. I think I remember now. Chevy did a line of 5 spokes a while back for the Silverado pickup and Blazer's that looked very similar.
The tires appear to be BFGoodrich Rugged Trails. A nice tire, but I like my BFG A/T's better.
I'm doing a pretty good job of convincing myself I did right by buying an '07 last weekend huh.
Now for the bad news. I think I should have waited for the Beige. DAMN IT!!!!!! It looks really nice.

Reason: remembered where I've seen these wheels before

Yep. Rep points to you for the first 08 scoop. Red looks nice, but I'd have liked it a bit more "fire engine red". Tan is awesome. Like the deeper wheels, especially when it comes to off-road (shouldn't scratch as easy), but not the 5 spoke design so much.
Thanks for your sneakiness

I also moved this to the "News Forum" so it's now on the front page.

from what i can see the tan looks pretty good...
what do you guys think?
I think the Tan is a little to light. it needs to be darkend a bit and the Red needs to be a little lighter in my honest opinon
